SABRA KRAV welcomes you to our OPEN HOUSE! Try one of our taekwondo, self defense, and krav maga classes, meet our instructor, and sign up!

Stay updated for class schedule. Please wear comfortable clothes (t-shirt and pants), and bring a water bottle. A Green Pass will be mandatory. 

Julia Ben Tal has an instructor in the field of self defense for over ten years. She is a second dan in Taekwondo, a certified women's self defense instructor through El Halev, a certified krav maga and Israeli kickboxing instructor through IKI Israel, and a Strong Nation Instructor, a martial arts-based HIIT fitness program. Ms. Ben Tal has taught all sectors of Israeli society.
