About the event
The Krav Crash Course was developed in 2015 in response to womens' concerns for their safety and their families. It is a 4-week intensive program focused on internalizing the principles of krav maga, including the basic techniques with and without weapons and basic self-defense for all situations. For teens and women age 14 and up. The Krav Crash Couse is also a great opportunity for family members to internalize principles and skills and train together.
